I’m a designer and researcher, developing design through narratives, and narratives through design.
I use design, ethnography, experiments and qualitative research methods to create artefacts and tools for engagement and as a medium to understand complex issues. My work informs design, policies and service development and is based in a business, critical and planet-centered contexts.
I’m interested in technology’s influence on interactions, speculating on possible futures and design as a catalyst for critical reflection on human behaviours. I look at how we live and speak to each other and explore different perspectives of it by engaging with communities to design for their futures.
I’m a co-founder of a critical research studio Still Not Quite.
I’m always open to new adventures and collaborations. If you’re interested in what I do or would like to work together, get in touch at contact@dominikaswierad.com or here!
